The Coratim Hotel is without doubt one of the MSB’s greatest recent building achievement and architect Dan Vanca  modern design has put Floresti area on the map of architectural highlights in Romania.
The building was primarily designed for office purposes but during the erection due to market needs and the quality of the building aspect the destination was changed into hotel.
